Above is Official Windows Live Messenger Traditional Chinese version build 8.0.0792
scan with free version 1.6.5, Trojan.Win32.Agent.jp detected.
Windows Live Messenger Simplified Chinese version have the same result.

I got the same false positive with A-Squared 2.0.0.393

Can anybody please send that file to fp@emsisoft.com for an examination? Not the installer file, I mean the file in the temp folder.

Hi Christian,
The file in the Temp folder is actually the installer file of Windows Live Messenger 8.0. You can see my enclosed picture in a previous thread in this post. Pank may just save the file to the Temp folder only. The file "Install_Messenger.exe" is the installer. You can try downloading the file at http://g.msn.com/8reen_us/ZH-CHT/INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE. This will prompt you to save the file "Install_Messenger.exe". Note that the downloaded file is "Install_Messenger.exe", NOT "INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE" mentioned in the link.
